About

We are a family-owned business that has provided professional care since 1986. We pride ourselves in fully understanding the needs of each individual, ensuring a good fit between care worker and customer at all times.

We are one of the largest care groups in England with over 3500 staff with support provided from our regional home care offices.

We will provide you with comprehensive training so that you are equipped with nationally recognised qualifications as you embark upon, and progress your career.

What is home care (domiciliary care)?

Home care is the first step on the care ladder for people who need some assistance to retain their independence. It can be as simple as helping someone get up and about in the morning, or to help them take their medication, feed their pets or keep them mobile around their home.

For others, home care is high-dependency and 24-hour home care may be needed. We are guided by what our customers need and matching care and care-worker is of paramount importance.

Clients often need social support, more than personal care. Home visits can simply be about taking time to chat, popping to the shops or having a cup of tea together.

Ultimately our care assistants need to act with care, kindness and dignity, building relationships with their customers and helping them enjoy their lives.

Becoming a home care assistant is a great contribution to your community, looking after the needs of people who most likely have lived in your area for a long time.
