A typical day

  • The Customer Success Relationship Associate supports various types of engagement with our customers to improve and accelerate their adoption of Salesforce solutions which help transform their business and achieve mission objectives. This is accomplished through the delivery of Premier Success Accelerators, Customer Success Requests, Webinars and Roundtables, all of which are targeted consulting/advising engagements. These engagements are designed to increase product awareness, provide industry best practices, and drive business transformation.
  • Learning Salesforce’s customer portfolio and be comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders at various levels
  • Invest time to obtain industry recognised technical certifications
  • Support fellow Customer Success colleagues in their outreaches and engagements with our customers
  • Gain industry knowledge to develop a point of view for customers in that industry
  • Understand Salesforce’s Industry Solutions
  • Learn & develop skills that help you build and maintain customer relationships
  • Gain a good understanding of the various Success Programs ( offers to support their customers

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
