Job title: | Guest Experience Host (Days/Nights) | |

Location and hours: | Based at Cove Landmark Pinnacle primarily. We believe in working flexibly – this includes flexibility in work location, working days (including weekends and bank holidays in operations) and working hours. This may be ad hoc or permanent flexibility. Ask your recruiting manager or see our careers page for more information. Your core working hours are 37.5 hours per week (out of 7 days). | |
In this role you will be responsible for; | ||
Guest Experience:
· Think quickly on your feet to solve problems, whilst remaining calm. · Deliver our guest experience by contributing a feeling of simplicity, calm and sanctuary. · Seek new and smarter ways to deliver soulful hospitality to our guests through creativity and innovation. Operations:
· Be comfortable working at times as part of a team within the property and support functions, as well as own your own.
· Step outside of the core role to complete any other operational task, as required by your line manager or wider team. · Self-sufficient, requiring little direction and day to day management.

Behaviours/Skills/ | · Previous experience within hospitality is desirable (hotels, student living, hostels, build to rent accommodation, including wider hospitality sectors also etc). · Self-sufficient, requiring little direction and day to day management. · Tech savvy, who does not shy away from tech-based resolutions. · Clear verbal/written communication proficiency. · Flexible and adaptable approach with a can-do and courageous attitude. | |
