Bakery Assistant

Salary £11 per hour (£24k+ per annum) + bonus + 28 days holiday + paid overtime.

42.5 hours per week. Sunday- Thursday 8am-5pm.

Award winning wholesale gluten free bakery looking for a Bakery Assistant.

We are looking for a person to join our exciting wholesale bakery, to work in our central kitchen. Ability to learn about new baking processes is needed, as our baking process are unique.

Duties will include:

Mixing dough & shaping bread

Filling and emptying ovens

Keeping bakery area tidy and clean

Packing bread if needed

Good English is vital.

Kitchen experience and a good attitude required.

We need someone with good attention to detail and can work in a fast pace environment. Accuracy and the ability to work quickly, both within a team and on your own are very important. There is also some lifting involved (up to 25kg flour bags).

Base in Peckham Rye. SE15 4PU
