  • The organistion works with healthcare providers
  • They are looking for a senior administrator ideally with experience supporting a legal department
  • Start date is sooner rather than later, but they are prepared to wait for the right candidate.
  • It’s a wfh position with travels to meetings in the UK and optional occasional travel to Europe (Schengen and Switzerland).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building Legal & HR Department infrastructure, including physical and electronic files, maintaining legal documents (including policies and agreements)
  • Resolves routine legal matters in the area of responsibility with direct supervision from more experienced contract administrators and/or attorneys.
  • Represents Legal Department internally to clients, serving as a direct point of contact for the team.
  • Support attorneys on more complex legal agreements, assembling exhibits and schedules, coordinating input from other stakeholders and conducting document/version comparison.
  • Provide administration and support for the Company’s contract management system (Apttus), including maintaining all agreements in the system for permanent record.
  • Maintain templates in the contract management system and help prepare updates to templates.
  • Responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management and staff and preparing any necessary reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrate ability to interface with key internal customers in a professional manner that is representative of Nevro’s culture, ambition and code of conduct.
  • Provide administration and support for all international HR related matters
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills required

  • Must have analytical, problem-solving, team-building, strategic sourcing, and change management skills 
  • Flexibility and ability/interest in creative thinking to proactively contribute beyond requested tasks
