Ottolenghi in Marylebone is looking for an experienced shop/deli assistant to join our tight-knit team. We are a deli and shop on the charming Marylebone Lane that serves Mediterranean & Middle Eastern inspired dishes. We offer fresh salads, unique cakes and packed products made by our superb chefs.

For you to succeed and be able to enjoy your work, a genuine interest in food and empathetic customer service is essential, along with a great personality and a generous spirit.

The shop is a really fun and busy environment and you will love working there if you like serving great regular guests, working with nice people and great products that are always proud to make and sell.

Key attributes:

• A minimum of 1 year experience as a shop assistant in the food industry
• Passionate about the restaurant industry and knowledgeable about food and wine
• You must be highly organised with have great attention to detail
• Great team player with strong communication skills
