Salesforce’s Employee Success Shared Services group is not your typical HR Shared Services team. We meet the needs of our employees head-on through collaborative, innovative and social initiatives. Our team focuses on the employee experience and fulfilling the #SalesforceOhana experience at Salesforce using our own trusted Customer Success Platform that we deliver to our external customers.

A typical day

  • The Employee Success Apprentice is a vital role on a team of trusted partners for our global business, ensuring an amazing employee experience. The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and has the desire to learn global HR Operations. This role will help support the administrative needs of Employee Success (HR) Teams in EMEA and across the globe. On a daily basis, you’ll support administrative tasks related to:
  • Benefits
  • Time Off
  • Compensation
  • Global Mobility & Immigration
  • HR Policy
  • Employee Data
  • Additional Tasks as assigned by manager

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths

  • Proficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communications in English
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines

  • Ready to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
