Role: Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter is part of a team of Back of house cleaners that ensure the kitchen and restaurants have the right equipment available at all time as well as ensuring that the kitchen areas are kept clean at all time.

They either work with front of house equipment (plates, cutlery) in the Lecture Room on a fixed schedule Wednesday to Saturday, with 3 days off (Sunday to Tuesday) and Wednesday/Thursday morning off as well, finishing around 00:30.

Or they work in the main kitchen area on a flexible basis with early, middle, late or night shifts depending on preference.
