Unifrog are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team and work with us in operations, finance and administration. This role will suit you if you are looking for exposure to all the inner workings of a company – we are still very small so it’s a great place to really get stuck in. If you take pleasure in being organised and doing a job to the best of your abilities, then we would love to hear from you, whatever your background.

A typical day

  • Book hotels and conferences; assist with associated arrangements
  • Order and ship conference equipment and resources
  • Manage our IT needs and keep track of the equipment we own
  • Support the team with keeping our Salesforce records up to date
  • Help manage our finance email inbox, dealing with queries as appropriate
  • Keep track of overdue invoices and chase schools for payment as needed
  • Check, record and pay the teams monthly expenses
  • Pay in cheques
  • Support the finance or data teams with other projects as required; this could include updating spreadsheets, updating data, bank reconciliation
  • Keep the office stocked with fruit and tea etc. as well as office supplies
  • Keep our beautiful office plants watered and healthy (there are a lot and we love them!)

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • B or 5 at GCSE Maths

  • Able to communicate clearly both in writing and speaking
  • Able to work independently on a project
  • Good excel skills an advantage, or willingness to learn
  • Interest in the education sector and careers an advantage
